Greystone Mansion Wedding

Wedding Photos ~ Greystone Mansion ~ Beverly Hills
Ceremony ~ St. Monica Catholic Church ~ Santa Monica
Reception ~ Il Cielo Restaurant ~ Beverly Hills

I'm back with our first wedding of 2016! It was a beautiful, chilly January day, perfect for a winter wedding! This beautiful couple decided to do their wedding photos at the amazing Greystone Mansion. We've photographed a wedding ceremony there before but this time we just did their first look and their portraits. For anyone planning to take pictures here, let me just tell you that they are super strict about having a permit. Thankfully we had one! It was the perfect location for their first look. Their ceremony took place in Santa Monica and then we headed back to Beverly Hills for their reception. Take a small glimpse into their sweet day:

Introducing...

Baby Lemus #2! Perfect way to start the year and perfect first post of 2016! If you follow me on Instagram and/or Facebook then you probably already knew that we welcomed our baby boy in November, exactly 2 years after having our baby girl (see our announcement of her birth HERE). We are so excited to be parents of 2 now! It's such an amazing feeling. We feel so complete and full of love. It really is indescribable.

Just like when I was pregnant with Grace, I photographed all throughout wedding season with my baby belly. It's such a special feeling and all those 2015 weddings have a very special place in my heart because they all happened at such a special time in my life. Exactly 2 weeks after my last wedding baby Art was born. Perfect timing!

When I had Grace I was able to share photos with you of the whole experience prior/during/after labor . Unfortunately this time I only have photos after baby boy was born because we were taken by surprise! We had a whole plan that my sister would once again take photos and would be there for the birth but baby boy had other plans! I had heard often that the second birth is a lot faster but I didn't think that would be the case for me, since I had such a long labor with baby girl. Well, let me tell you, a fast labor was definitely the case for me and we barely made it to the hospital in time to have him there! I will probably post my labor story in my mommy blog for those who like reading those like I did when I was pregnant :P

Now, introducing our baby boy, Arturo, Jr.

Gracie was super excited to meet her baby brother that she literally ran in. She had heard about him for so long and was so happy to meet him! Look at that smile and the anticipation!

Hope you enjoyed meeting our baby boy and seeing some of his newborn photos. We are all so in love with him and are enjoying this new chapter in our life. When I first started blogging, I never would have imagined that at one point I would be posting about our babies but I am so thankful and feel so blessed to be a mommy of two now.  I hope you all are having a great start to 2016! Happy New Year!

Most photos were taken by us except for the family photos, which was taken by my sister.

Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club Wedding

Priscilla & Tony ~ Married!

Outdoor Ceremony & Reception:
Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club, Mission Viejo, CA

I am so excited to be blogging and sharing Priscilla and Tony's wedding! You may remember them from their engagement session. If you haven't seen it, you can click HERE.

Priscilla and Tony got married at a beautiful country club in orange county. Their day was so perfect. From the sweet ceremony and Priscilla beaming with happiness that she could not hide if she tried to the their sparkler grand exit, we loved photographing it all! How could we not? Priscilla is such a sweet  and genuine person that wears her heart on her sleeve and Tony is the life of the party. They compliment each other so well and are both so much fun to be around. It's easy to see where they get it from because their families were just as amazing.

Let's start with the getting ready photos:

Yay for the new Mr. & Mrs.! I love how expressive and happy Priscilla was to be married to her love.

Loved the I do manicure! I think it's so fun when a bride adds those little details.

Reception time! I loved the details!

Tony's mom was so sweet. She didn't only cry when her son was dancing with his new wife but she also got emotional when Priscilla danced with her dad. It was so sweet!
